The snowflake brigade are out in force just now.

Thank goodness summer is coming to melt them away.

Here's a bird as white as snow.

Little Egret

A few frosty mornings here recently.

and some nice sunny mornings

and Whisky has had some fun with sticks.

And to end, a short video of some Crows getting up in the morning.

Have fun in the snow.

  1. The Crows are quite a spectacle early morning adn I had to laugh at the size of that stick that Whiskey is carrying. Beautiful early morning shots even through it mmust have been very cold Keith. HAve a good week ahead

  2. Love the Sunlight through the trees.
Looks as though you have half the country's population of Crows there Keith.

  3. Thanks Margaret. We've had a few cold frosty mornings recently. Whisky loves rolling in the frost.

Thanks John. Those Crows were amazing to watch, a few thousand I'd guess, but they dispersed so quickly.

  4. Lovely 'frosty' images Keith.
Is Whisky hinting that he wants another log on the fire?

Looks like you had a good day at Lakenheath with the Crow spectacular...and the Bearded Tits?...[;o)

  5. I love the Little Egret, excellent, and the one of Whisky, lots of fun.

  6. When you get home feeling the cold, you can warm up by burning that log that Whisky got. Nice photo and video Keith.

  7. HM, your frost photos are beautiful, and that sunrise is stunning. I must say the Rocky Mountains have you beat for snow, though!

  8. Cheers Trev. Whisky loves grabbing sticks, any size, when we're out.
Those Crows were an amazing sight, and lots of Beardies too.

Thank you Bob. Whisky always enjoys going out, especially when he meets the other dogs he knows.

Pete, thank you. Yea, that 'stick' of Whisky's would have burnt a while.

JoLynne, thank you. The snow hasn't arrived here ......... yet. Not sure it will now though, although I heard yesterday that they've had some where I stay when I go to Wales.
